Privacy Policy

The short version

We run a small storefront. We collect as little as possible: the email you buy with (so we can deliver the product and answer support), and basic, non-identifying site analytics. Payment details never touch us — checkout is handled entirely by Paddle.

1. What we collect and why

Purchase information. When you buy, Paddle (our merchant of record) processes your payment and shares with us your email address and order details so we can deliver the Product and provide support. We never see your card number.
Support email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Advertising measurement. This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work — which pages are visited and whether a signup or purchase completed. This sets cookies from Meta and shares visit data with Meta Platforms, Inc. (see Meta's own privacy policy). You can limit interest-based ads in your Meta ad preferences, or block the pixel with a standard content blocker — the site works fine without it.

2. What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in to receive it, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
We don't collect anything from your Notion workspace. The template runs entirely in your own account; we have no access to what you put in it.

3. Third parties we rely on

Paddle — checkout, payment, invoicing, tax. See Paddle's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Notion — hosts the template you duplicate. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion's own terms and privacy policy.
Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel, as described above.
Email delivery — we use a standard transactional email service to send your purchase delivery.

4. How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Support emails are kept while relevant. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (below).

5. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email [email protected] to ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar data-protection law, these are your statutory rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) and we honor them. Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain records by law (e.g. tax records of a sale).

6. Children

This site and Product are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
